Through the certifications obtained, Zuma Pelli Pregiate wants to provide its customers with a tool of transparency and reputation on the entire supply chain of exotic leathers. The company is also a member of IMARC International Multistakeholder Alliance for Reptile Conservation and participates in scientific meetings relating to the use of reptile skins from Asian countries, with topics related to animal welfare and species protection.
Zuma Pelli Pregiate has equipped itself with an Integrated Management System compliant with UNI ISO 45001:2018, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 50001:2018 standards, defining and adopting an Integrated Policy in line with its corporate objectives regarding the environment, energy and health and safety in the workplace.
AQC – Association pour l’Assurance Qualitè des Fabricants de Bracelets Cuir – certified tannery – certification relating to traceability, compliance with quality and production standards of the raw material and components used to produce leather straps for watchmaking.
LWG – Leather Working Group – traceability and production standards.
ZDHC – Supplier To Zero – level 1 – program for sustainable management of chemical substances.
In addition, the farm in Texas Audasit and the Zuma Pelli Pregiate tannery are part of the ICFA International Crocodilian Farmers Association. The farm is ICFA certified for its management standards.
